13.1. When turning to the left or to the right the driver must give way to pedestrians crossing the carriageway of the road on which he turns, as well as cyclists, crossing it on the bicycle path.
13.2. It is forbidden to go to the crossroad or intersection of the road, if there is a jam, which will force the driver to stop, creating an obstacle for movement of vehicles in the perpendicular direction.
13.3. The intersection where the priority of movement is determined by the traffic signals or traffic controller, is considered to be regulated.
The yellow flashing signal, the non-working lights or the absence of the traffic controller on the intersection is considered to be unregulated, and the drivers are obliged to follow the rules of passage of uncontrolled intersections and installed signs of priority on the crossroads.
13.4. When turning right or U-turn on green signal of a traffic light, the driver of a vehicle shall give way to vehicles coming straight from the opposite direction and going to the left. The same rule shall comply between the drivers of trams.
13.5. When driving in the direction of the arrow, included in the additional section at the same time with a yellow or red signals of the traffic light, the driver must give way to vehicles traveling from other directions.
13.6. If the signals of the traffic light or controller permit the movement at the same time of the tram and other means of transport, the tram has the advantage of movement regardless of the direction of its movement.
However, when driving in the direction of the arrow, included in the additional section at the same time with a red or yellow traffic signals, tram must give way to vehicles traveling from other directions.
13.7. The driver who has entered the intersection on the green signal of the traffic light will travel in the planned direction regardless of the signals of the traffic light at the exit from the intersection. However, if at the crossroads in front of traffic lights located on the route of the driver, there is a stop line (sign 6.16) , the driver is obliged to be guided by signals of each of the traffic light.
13.8. When the signal of the traffic light turns green, the driver must give way to vehicles, finishing movement through the intersection, and pedestrians, who had not completed the crossing of the carriageway in this direction.
13.9. At the crossroads of unequal roads driver of a vehicle moving along the minor roads, must give way to vehicles coming on the main, regardless of the direction of their further movement.
At such intersections tram has an advantage over other vehicles moving in the same or the opposite direction on the equivalent roads, regardless of the direction of its movement.
In case if the crossroads with a circular motion has sign 4.3 installed in combination with sign 2.4 or 2.5 the driver of the vehicle located on the crossroads, takes priority of movement.
13.10. In case, when the main road at the crossroads changes direction, drivers, moving on the main road should be guided by the rules of the intersections of two equal roads. The same rules should be followed by the drivers, moving on secondary roads.
13.11. At the crossroads of the equivalent road the driver of a vehicle shall give way to vehicles coming from the left. The same rule shall comply between the drivers of trams.
At such intersections tram has an advantage over other vehicles regardless of the direction of its movement.
13.12. When turning right or U-turn the driver of a road vehicle shall give way to vehicles traveling on the equivalent road from oncoming direction straight or to the left. The same rule shall comply between the drivers of trams.
13.13. If the driver cannot determine the presence of the coating on the carriageway (the dark time of the night, mud, snow, and the like), and signs of priority are not present, he must consider, that he is on a secondary road.
