Signs of additional information (tags)

Signs of additional information (tags) specify or restrict the action of signs, to which they are applied.

"The distance to the object"
8.1.1- Specifies the distance between the sign and the beginning of a dangerous area, the place of the introduction of restrictions or a specific object (a place), which is ahead in the direction of movement.
8.1.2- Specifies the distance between the sign 2.4  to the intersection in the case, if immediately prior to the crossroads sign 2.5  is set.

"Type of vehicles"
Indicate the type of the vehicle, subjected to the mark.

Tag 8.4.1 extends the action of sign on cargo trucks, including with the trailer, the permissible maximum weight is more than 3.5 t,
tag 8.4.3- on passenger cars and truck vehicles with a permissible maximum weight of up to 3.5 t,
tag 8.4.8- on vehicles equipped with an identifier (information sign) "Dangerous goods".

8.6.1- indicates that all means of transport should be parked in the parking lot on the roadway along the pavement
8.6.2- 8.6.9- indicate the method of parking cars and motorcycles in the parking lot adjacent to pavement.

Indicates that the parking lot indicated by sign 6.4 allows, parking the vehicles only with non-working engine.
"Paid services"
Indicates that the services are provided only in cash.

"Limitation of the duration of the stay"
Indicates the maximum ltime of stay of the vehicle in the parking lot, marked with the sign of 6.4.
"The place for the inspection of cars"
Indicates that the site indicated by the sign 6.4 or 7.11, has a pier or observation ditch.

"The restriction on the maximum weight"
Indicates that the sign applies only to vehicles with a permissible maximum weight of more than specified on the tag.
"Dangerous roadside"
Warns that exit on the side of the road is dangerous in connection with carrying out of repair work. Used with the sign 1.25

"The direction of the main road"
Indicates the direction of the main road at the crossroads.
"Lane"
Indicates the lane on which the action of the sign or traffic light applies.

"Blind pedestrians"
Indicates that the pedestrian crossing is used by blind people.
Applies to the signs 1.22, 5.19.1, 5.19.2 and traffic lights.
"Wet coating"
Indicates that the tag apply for a period of time, when the coating of the carriageway is wet.

"Persons With Disabilities"
Indicates that the sign 6.4 applies only to sidecars and cars, which are marked with sign "Disabled person".
"Except the persons with disabilities"
Indicates that the sign does not apply to sidecars and cars, which are marked with sign "Disabled person".

"The class of the dangerous goods"
Indicates the number of the class (es) of dangerous goods.

"Type of wagon vehicle"
Used with the sign 3.12.
Specifies the number of closely spaced axles of vehicle, for each of which indicated on the sign weight is the maximum permissable.

"Type of fixed-route vehicle"
Applied with sign 6.4.
Indicate the place of stopping of vehicles at metro stations, bus stop or tram, where transfer to the corresponding kind of transport is possible.

"Obstacle"
Indicates the obstacle and the direction of detour. Applied with sign 4.2.1- 4.2.3.

Tags are placed directly under the sign, to which they are applied. Tags 8.2.2- 8.2.4, 8.13 when the sign is placed above the carriageway, roadside or the pavement, are placed on the side of the sign.

In cases, when the values of temporary road signs (on a portable rack) and stationary signs contradict each other, the drivers should be guided by the temporary signs.
